Swedish meatballs

This dish is so much easier than you would think. So give it a try!

     Meatballs:
1lb ground beef(traditionally it requires half beef and half pork)

1 egg

1/2 milk

1/2 cup white bread (shredded)

1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)

1/4 cup green pepper (finely chopped)

Salt & pepper as desired ( I don't cook with salt though)

Soak the bread in the milk while your preparing everything else.
In a large bowl put the ground beef. Then add onions and peppers as well as ground pepper and egg. Mix together by hand then add the milk with the bread and mix together very well.
Roll into balls whatever size you like I prefer smaller so they cook better.
Lay onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees
Cook for 10-15 minutes

             Sauce:
2 Tbs fat from baking sheet

1 Tbs flour

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sour cream

In a sauce pan add fat mix with flour. It may be clumpy but it will dissolve as you cook everything else.
Then add beef broth and water. Depending how thick you want the sauce add more flour if needed then at the very last minute add sour cream.
Serve with pasta and enjoy :)
